FAQ

  • Can I return my order?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns due to the custom made-to-order nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will do what we can to assist you. Before placing your order, please check the sizing charts in our product listings.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Order processing usually takes between 3-7 business days, after which it is shipped out and on its way to you. Shipping times depend on your location but can be estimated as follows: - USA: 3-4 business days - Europe: 6-8 business days - Australia: 2-14 business days - Japan: 4-8 business days - International: 10-20 business days Please also consider that in some cases, shipping may take longer beyond the estimated times due to complications related to COVID-19 and potentially high volumes with carriers.
  • My item arrived damaged.
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away within one week of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order by sending an email to support@lotterypost.com. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet.
    COVID-19 and high order volumes may cause delayed shipping. Thank you for your patience. Lottery Post is not responsible for misdelivered orders due to an incorrectly entered delivery address. Please verify your shipping confirmation email to confirm there aren't any mistakes in the delivery address, ask your local post office if they have your package, or check with your neighbor to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong address. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within seven days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
  • I want to request a refund.
    Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong items or damaged items. If this happens to you, please contact us by sending an email to support@lotterypost.com with photos of the wrong and/or damaged item, and we'll be happy to assist you.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
    At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, please check the sizing charts in our product listings.
  • Will I be charged customs for my order?
    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
